I wish you all a very Painful Death…! Specially Rifqa Bary; The Christian Bitch.

When we posted “What Should be the Message at the Rifqa Bary Rally in Ohio?” we discussed why the Ohio Juvenile court should grant the dependency petition at the November 16th hearing: to secure her safety by allowing her to remain in the US.

The petition before the court is for dependency, because Rifqa fears being sent home to her family. Her fears reflect a history of abuse, of being taken back to Sri Lanka and the distinct possibility of her being fatally punished under Sharia law for her apostasy as a Muslim who converted to Christianity.

On the heels of that post, a death threat against Rifqa’s life was received at a website maintained by the Florida Security Council. After checking the IP address the origin of the email turned out to be Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Below is the text of the death threat email.

Dear Receivers,

I have heard and watched the information about Rifqa Bary. And I have to say that she; Rifqa Bary has done a great fault in her life and she must be punished by the God Allah.

She must be knew that her life in a danger and she cannot escape from that. She must die with all the people who helped her after the converting to the Christianity.

I wish you all a very Painful Death…! Specially Rifqa Bary; The Christian Bitch.

Here is a a video presented by FSC executive Tom Trento.

Googling of the IP address information had identified the origin of the death threat to be less than one mile from the Mosque the Bary family attended in Colombo.

This should provide Franklin County Juvenile Court Magistrate Mary Goodrich with evidence of why Rifqa’s fears of returning to Sri Lanka are justified. It is demonstrable evidence why dependency status for Rifqa should be granted to avoid her return to Sri Lanka-a likely destination if dependency is rejected given her parents’ illegal immigration status.

If the Sri Lankan death threat is troubling, so are the threats against Rifqa by her own brother Rilvan. A Jawa Report on October 9th by “Barbarossa” revealed possible criminal violations by Rilvan of her Florida custody provisions, specifically the identification of her foster family:

Our source, who is a member of the Central Ohio Islamic community and is close to the Bary family, claims that Rifqa Bary’s older brother, Rilvan, has repeatedly bragged about providing specific information on Rifqa’s Florida foster family to San Francisco-based Islamic stalker-blogger Davi Barker who claimed in one post that he knew Rifqa’s present location and issued this veiled threat:

I’ll tell you one thing reader… if she’s not safe in Ohio, she’s not safe in Florida. All it took was a little creative Googling and I was able to determine the likely address where she’s staying*… But I digress.

Since Rifqa is currently in state custody and living with a Florida DCF-approved foster family, her location is confidential.

According to the source, Rilvan Bary provided Barker with the home phone number of the foster family – a potentially criminal act. (At some future point we might tell the scandalous story of how exactly Rilvan obtained the home phone number of the foster family.) With that critical piece of information virtually anyone could locate her through “creative Googling”. The source further explained that Rilvan has bragged about passing off the information “to let her (Rifqa) know she could be gotten to anywhere” – a message Barker repeated with his “if she’s not safe in Ohio, she’s not safe in Florida” threat.

The source added Rilvan also provided Barker detailed information about several of Rifqa’s Christian associates in Ohio and elsewhere, presumably the same information contained on a computer thumb drive that the Bary family provided to the Orlando Sentinel through their representatives, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).

Thus, it would appear that Rifqa’s fear of abuse by her family in Ohio coupled with death threats from her native Sri Lanka should demonstrate to the Franklin County Juvenile Court that she cannot safely be re-united with her family, nor should her family be permitted to take her back to Sri Lanka. The only solution that makes sense is to grant State of Ohio dependency that would assure she remains in the US and is put on the fast track to become a US citizen. The US and Sri Lankan death threats underline the importance of the message the Ohio protest rally should convey:

The message at the protest rally should be to support the dependency petition so that Rifqa can remain in this country and become a US citizen.

This episode demonstrates the importance of communicating to the general public the harrowing human rights conditions of all Apostates from Islam both here in America and elsewhere in the West.
